      My entire family really enjoyed this recipe (including my 6 year old). The only change I made was to cut the butter in half and to make doouble the rice because my family demolishes rice. I left the rest of the proportions the same in the chicken sauce. The sauce was delicious and there was plenty to cook the chicken and to top it for serving. The meat was very moist too. I will be making this again.
