Made these tonight, didn't have cream cheese in the house so I used sour cream to give it a bit of creaminess. It was super good and we agreed that this recipe is a keeper! Very easy and lots of flavor.
Made these delicious "baked" chicken taquitos today -- so easy to whip up; especially if you use rotisserie chicken : ) Love how the corn tortillas bake up and get crispy. Made a double-batch of the filling and I plan to make some for tomorrow 's lunch as well. I also think this filling would freeze well. Thanks for the post.
This is a great recipe for taquitos. Have made this recipe for years. They are equally good fried or baked. Just use toothpicks to secure before frying.
