This was given to me from a Southern friend several years ago for a 4th of July party that we were having. I was quite surprized at how easy and great it was. So Enjoy!!
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- Mix all together and place into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
