This really tasted wonderful. The bacon I had was really smoky and just added a wonderful flavor to the sour cream & corn. I do think though that I might add an extra can of corn next time. Since there wasn't a temperature listed, I guessed and baked it at 350.

VERY good - I used the bacon grease to saute the onion in instead of butter. VERY YUMMY- thank you! A great side dish!

I thought this was a very good sidedish. I didn't have any bacon so I used some leftover diced ham instead and it turned out yummy.

Nice change for a side dish. My boyfriend devoured it & went back for seconds.

I made a half batch of this corn last night to try it out, and I ended up eating the entire bowl by myself! At least I didn't have anything else with it! but with the dairy, corn, and meat I think I had a fairly balanced meal...maybe!?! I sauted the onions in the bacon grease as someone else mentioned, and that worked really well. I was afraid when I added the flour that the whole thing was going to turn into a lumpy mess, but it all worked out, and was delicious! I love the combination of the onion and smokey bacon and sweet corn--it really combines beautifully. Thanks for posting your recipe!

Very tasty, different and easy side dish that looks great in a serving dish. I did make a few changes. I added more seaonings and had to sub frozen corn ( I used 3 cups) and for half of the sour cream I used Deans French Onion Chip dip (didn't have enough sour cream) also added a few diced green onion tops for color. It was great, thanks so much for posting!

The only vegetable my daughter-in-law will eat is corn, so I look for different ways to prepare and this is a big hit with her and the rest of the family.
