Ratings & Reviews:
I served this for Thanksgiving and my guest loved it. I used can milk and garnished the top [after baking] with slices of tomatoes. A very simple recipe with great results.

My husband and I liked this, but it did turn out differently than I expected, perhaps because I used the lesser amounts of both milk and corn. It was a little too eggy, which I'm sure would be corrected if you used the 3 cups of corn instead of 2. Nice taste; made the frozen corn taste very fresh.

This was the best corn dish I have ever tasted. My kids were even going back for seconds. Now that is amazing. Thanks April!
