- 6-8 cod fish fillets (Frozen or fresh)
- 236.59 ml zesty Italian dressing (in bottles)
- 236.59 ml Italian style breadcrumbs
- 14.79 ml granulated garlic
- 14.79 ml italian seasoning
- 29.58 ml parsley
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- If you are using Frozen cod defrost and drain all liquid from pouch.
- Marinade cod in zesty Italian dressing set aside for 30 minute.
- Combine all dry ingredients in bowl or ziplock bag.
- Place cod in bowl or ziplock bag to coat.
- Put cod in non greased baking dish
- Bake for 35 minute or until done.

Years ago I had a recipe for cod with sliced potatoes, sliced onion, Italian flavored tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic and other spices, all layered, with the sauce poured over the top, cooked together raw in a baking pan. Does anyone have that recipe or something similar? It was very tasty and quick. Thanks.
