I didn't really care for this, but it got 2 thumbs up from my husband! Thanks for a great recipe to make my family happy.

My neighbor made this recipe first and then told me about it. It was delicious. We both added 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic salt, oregano, and basil to this recipe. It was great!! Served it with fresh steam brocolli with lemon pepper and butter and jasmine white rice. I have shared this recipe with 4 others and they all loved it.

Wonderful! Tried this recipe with the ingredients on-hand, which included canned pineapple instead of crushed. Flavors were delicious but I think the crushed pineapple would have made it even better. Thanks for posting this! Our family scored it an 8 of 10!

What an excellent and tasty way to prepare the mahi mahi. I've never made it before, and was disappointed that it was tough, not tender, but maybe that is just the way mahi is, as opposed to other seafood I've made.
