Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs pork steak, cut in cubes
  • 13 cup chopped onion
  • 1 14 cups chopped celery
  • 13 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained

Directions

  1. Fry pork steak and drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients and bake in an ungreased casserole for 2 hours at 350.
  3. Stir once while baking.
