Pretty much followed the recipe to a T, but added a bit of onion powdered. They were pretty good. My dh really liked them so 4 stars.
Turned out great! I used some cayenne as well as a dash of onion powder too. My kids who don't like traditional fried chicken wings actually loved these!
We liked the blend of seasonings in this dish. Followed the recipe to a T and is going in the keeper file. Made for I Recommend tag game 2012.
Oh WOW chicken wings that pack a punch and are moist and delicious could not be better - I did have 1  moment in that I added 1 teaspoon of chili powder (mixed it up with the paprika) but didn't realize until I mixed the wings in to the spice mix but I did have 12 wings so the mix spread out well and all worked out well in the end. I baked the wings on a rack (lined tray with alfoil) for 60 minutes at 165C fan forced. Thank you to Mikekey for the recommendation, made for I Recommend Tag Game.
I am on a chicken wings mission.....to find the perfect wing recipe! These will definitely be in the top ten! The flavors all come together and create a wonderful dish. Thnx, so much, for sharing your recipe, Duck! Made for PAC Spring 2010. You've been adopted! http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=327498&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
Great flavors and very easy to put together. I made them as part of an appetizer buffet and they were a hit. I used a smoked chipotle chili powder, so they had a bit of heat, but a milder chili powder would work fine if you don't want the heat. The cornflour gave them a nice crispy finish. Made for Spring 2010 PAC.
Delicious! I was looking for a recipe to-crisp-up my chicken. I found it. The Magic Duck's recipe is the ticket. I did add a little extra brown sugar. Thankyou so much Magic Duck.
