- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon kashmiri chili powder (to taste)
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- 10 chicken wings
directions
- Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, curry powder, cornflour, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake to combine. Add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking rack.
- Cook the wings in the preheated oven 40 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Do not over cook.

Oh WOW chicken wings that pack a punch and are moist and delicious could not be better - I did have 1 :oops: moment in that I added 1 teaspoon of chili powder (mixed it up with the paprika) but didn't realize until I mixed the wings in to the spice mix but I did have 12 wings so the mix spread out well and all worked out well in the end. I baked the wings on a rack (lined tray with alfoil) for 60 minutes at 165C fan forced. Thank you to Mikekey for the recommendation, made for I Recommend Tag Game.
