I wanted chicken wings but couldn't find a recipe for baked ones that sounded good so I made my own. Hubby said to post the recipe cause they were good.

  1. Mix together first three ingredients pour over chicken and marinate in the fridge for three hours.
  2. Bake at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.

These were the hit of our Super Bowl Sunday buffet! I used a Light Soy Sauce and Garlic Powder instead of Garlic Salt because we are watching our salt intake around here. I otherwise followed exactly and the results were fantastic. It's going in my Zaar Super Stars Cook Book. Thank you!
