  • Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in greased baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Press excess liquid from sauerkraut and spoon over chicken.
  • Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut.
  • Pour dressing over the top evenly.
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake about 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender.
