Well, this was one of the tastiest meals, sooooo simple and sooooo easy to cook! I didn't have an Italian seasoning mix so I added 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp of tarragon. The meat was very tender, we ate it with broccoli and basmati rice, delicious. Thanks for posting Inez, this will most certainly be a regular for us.

Yummy! I doubled this recipe, and baked chicken longer, as I had some very thick breast portions. This was good; nice, different flavor for a change. Thanks for sharing!

Another great, simple recipe...that's key! I put the oil, dijon mustard, garlic clove, and italian seasoning in the blender and marinated the breasts for about an hour, then baked them exactly as the recipe said. This was perfect, tasty, tender, moist chicken.

WOW!! Just so easy. We loved the dijon flavor. Turned out very moist and juicy. Served it with noddles and steamed asparagus. A fast, delicious, easy meal. Thanks Inez. This one is a winner.

YUMMMMM! I just used tarragon (only because I love that herb with chicken) It was so delicous and so quick to make. Took the leftovers to work and everybody wanted to try it and they loved it! Will make this alot!!!

Very good & easy! Next time I may use honey mustard instead of the dijon just to suit our tastes more.

I did like Laurita and blended everything together. Although I didn't have time to marinate the chicken for an hour, I coated the chicken with the blended mixture and baked till done. It turned out moist, tender and delicious. A definite keeper.

I thought I had reviewed this a long time ago, but I must have forgotten. This was a delicious and extremely easy chicken dish! The flavors all meshed very well. I took Angela's advice and used oregano and tarragon, since I didn't have any italian seasoning, and it came out great. Thanks, MizzNezz!

Hooray for quick and easy!! I had a tray of chicken tenderloins, so I doubled the sauce ingredients. However, about 5 T. into the dijon I ran out, so I used 3 T. of honey mustard as well. I also only added 3 T. of olive oil. The fabulous smell after I slid it in the over was a good foreshadowing of the flavor to come!! The amount of time was great as the chicken remained very moist. I added a baked potato and asparagus (both which I could do in the microwave) and I was set!! Thanks for posting!

This was tasty after the chicken sat a little while in the juices it created and thickened up; it created a good tasting gravy.

This recipe is so easy and so delicous!! I mixed together 2 different dijon mustards and added about 6-7 tablespoons and cooked for 35 minutes and it turned out wonderful! My husband and plan on having this meal quite often. So simple yet so good.

We marinated these overnight before baking. They came out really moist and flavorful. Served with a mixture of white rice, onion soup mix, carrot, pepper, and onion.

This was good, but seemed like it was missing something...it needed some extra depth in flavor as it was a little too tangy for our tastes. The chicken was very tender and juicy, and I loved that the recipe was so easy. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
