Delicious and a little sinful :) I halved the recipe to have a breakfast for dinner tonight and only used the cream of celery soup. Great with an omelet! Made for PAC Spring '11

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 count ore-ida frozen O'Brien potatoes
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Place all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. *if desired, top of mixture with a thin layer of additional shredded cheese.
  4. bake UNCOVERED at 350 for 90 minutes.
  5. Serve with a dab of sour cream on top and a sprinkle of chili powder or cayenne for a kick.
