Easy to make side dish that can go in the oven with the main course. Save time and electricity and the same time.
- 453.59 g cauliflower (one 16oz. package frozen or approximately one head broken into pieces)
- 177.44 ml cheese, shredded (whatever kind you like ~ I like American, Gouda & Cheddar)
- 118.29 ml heavy whipping cream
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml white pepper
- Toss all ingredients except cream and pour into a deep baking dish. Pour cream over top. Bake at 350 degrees (or whatever temp your main dish needs), covered, until desired doneness. I like it a little al dente, but it's great softer, too. Al dente from frozen takes about half an hour, a little longer if using fresh cauliflower.
