We usually eat fresh vegetables. After making coleslaw for one, I didn't want the cabbage to go to waste so I threw this together. Even those who said they didn't care for cabbage liked it and it is very easy.
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
