  • 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 12 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Toss squash and potatoes with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir halfway through baking.
