Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brown hamburger, onion, jalapeño and seasoning.
  3. Add beans and simmer for 15-20 minutes uncovered.
  4. Pour off any juice.
  5. To assemble:.
  6. Place 2 hefty spoonfuls on one end of a tortilla.
  7. Cover the mixture with cheese - as much as you want.
  8. Roll up burrito style.
  9. Place on a cookie sheet, seam down.
  10. Make sure the burritos don't touch.
  11. Place the burritos in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tortillas are light brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  12. Serve with your favorite salsa.
  13. These are good hot or cold!
