All good, but I had to whisk in the dry ingredients with the egg whites to make this work. Steve in New Zealand (....we have to grow celery in our garden, and make our own dressing, but bleu cheese is affordable here, and mayo too, sort of). It's nice while catching those bits of NFL or NCAA we can get here, middle of night.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Place egg whites in a shallow dish.
  4. Place Panko in a shallow dish.
  5. Working with 1 chicken strip at a time, dredge in flour mixture. Dip in egg whites; dredge in panko. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken strips, flour mixture, egg whites, and panko.
  6. Lightly coat chicken strips with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done, turning once.
  7. Combine hot sauce and Worcestershire in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Drizzle hot sauce mixture over chicken.
  8. Serve with Blue Cheese.
