- 14.79 ml dried onion, minced
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 340.19 g can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Broccoli soup or 340.19 g can regular cream of broccoli soup
- 473.19 ml nonfat sour cream or 473.19 ml sour cream
- 113.39 g low-fat sharp cheddar cheese or 113.39 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 113.39 g Kraft Healthy Favorites Fat Free Cheddar or 113.39 g cheddar cheese
- 907.18 g potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 236.59 ml corn flakes, crushed, for topping
directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the corn flakes.
- Mix well and pour into a 9 X 13 inch casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F or 45 to 60 minutes.
