Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Place fish in baking dish.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings.
  4. Brush fish with milk, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  5. Pour remaining milk over fish.
  6. Bake until fish flakes.
  7. Remove, sprinkle with olive oil.
  8. Return to oven for a few minutes.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
