- 8 ounces scrod fish
- butter, as needed
- Ritz cracker crumbs, as needed
- Dip scrod in butter and then Ritz crumbs.
- Spray pan with cooking spray and bake in 475 degree oven for approximately 12 minutes till done.
Easy recipe and very tasty. I changed a bit: I baked in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, since I thought 475 would have been too hot an oven for this dish. The fish came out beautifully, not dry at all. The butter is a nice compliment to this type of fish--a white fish and not one of these "fishy" fishes at all. Thanks for posting.
Very easy to make. Added a little sprinkling of shreddded parmesan chesse. Excellent.
The fish monger at the grocery I shopped always recommend that I try this when I lived in Boston...I finally did and it was really good. So simple, but really very good.
