Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Arrange layer of sliced onions and tomatoes in shallow baking dish.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
  4. Salt and pepper the fish and place on top.
  5. Pour the wine over the whole thing and cover tightly with foil.
  6. Bake 50 minutes at 375 degrees until fish flakes.
  7. Remove fish to warm platter.
  8. Stir sour cream into the onion and tomatoes and reheat, but don't boil.
  9. Spoon around the fish and serve.
