      Yum, this is a very tasty way of serving beetroot. I loved the marinade with the onion and beetroot, it brought out all the yummy sweet and earthy flavours.

      These beets turned out very nice! Yes these were a tasty side to dinner but there was one leftover that I packed in my lunch and actually enjoyed even better as kind of room temperature salad. Thanks for the post.

      How can ingredients like this be wrong! I make a similar recipe myself - and this proved to be just as delicious, we ALL loved it! We ate it with a salad and crusty bread light lunch - and still have some left to take on a picnic, weather pending! Made for the Aussie/NZ recipe swap - totally divine! FT:-)
