Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 14 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 14 cup celery (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sweet onions, minced (may use green onion if desired)
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickles (chopped) or 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 4 -8 slices whole wheat bread
  • butter (for bread)

Directions

  1. Using all but the buttered bread, combine the ingredients well.
  2. Spread on the buttered bread.
  3. Enjoy.
