1. Made for Spring PAC 2008. These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I used dried minced onion instead of onion. I also used hormel bacon bits instead of bacon. Everyone enjoyed these with dinner.

 2. These are easy and delicious and fast. I would make these again. Made for PAC Fall 07

Love to cook, love to eat. LOL! All this while following Weight Watchers, but I do ;) I'm happily married and have 2 cats that I call my furbabies. I long to live in the country someday with some land, room for a huge Garden (My husband has a small garden for our neighborhood living), and a load of cats. Enjoy watching Food Network, with my favorite chef being Paula Deen. Absolutely love her, because I'm a country girl to. And that's my favorite kind of cooking, country. Have to say that my favorite things to cook are desserts and candies. I get the most compliments on those things. I'm drawn to cookbooks, I've got a collection of them and will cut out recipes from magazines to. I'm a hopeless mess. ;) Never in my life will I be able to try all the recipes I have collected but I love them anyway. :) I'm in heaven at a yard sale that has cookbooks! My sweet husband has to drag me away, and most times packing maybe 2 or 3 cookbooks. :) He's happy as long as I'm cooking him something from them. LOL! He loves to eat to. Well all I can think of at the moment to tell you about myself. :) My Husband and I. My 2 furbabies.
