Baked Bean Supreme

"I found this recipe on the back of a can of Baked Beans. You can also add some grated cheese to this dish"

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 415 g baked beans with pork sausage (can)
• 40 chopped tomatoes
• 100 g mushrooms, sliced
• 25 g butter
• salt and pepper
• mixed herbs

directions

1. melt the butter into a saucepan on a med heat, add mushroom and fry until cooked.
2. add the baked beans, tomatoes, seasoning and herbs.
3. Gently stir on med heat, but do not boil.
4. Serve on toasted bread.
