I found this recipe on the back of a can of Baked Beans. You can also add some grated cheese to this dish
- 415 g baked beans with pork sausage (can)
- 40 chopped tomatoes
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 25 g butter
- salt and pepper
- mixed herbs
- melt the butter into a saucepan on a med heat, add mushroom and fry until cooked.
- add the baked beans, tomatoes, seasoning and herbs.
- Gently stir on med heat, but do not boil.
- Serve on toasted bread.
