Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 apple, peeled & diced
  • 4 dried apricots, diced
  • 8 almonds, chopped
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons apple juice or 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 220.C.
  2. Place apple apricot and almonds in an oven dish or roasting tray and put the peeled bananas on top.
  3. Pour juice or water over bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake in oven for 15 mins or until bananas are soft and slightly browned.
