Sounds good for a dessert or brekky with yoghurt. One to try soon.
- 1 apple, peeled & diced
- 4 dried apricots, diced
- 8 almonds, chopped
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons apple juice or 4 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Preheat oven to 220.C.
- Place apple apricot and almonds in an oven dish or roasting tray and put the peeled bananas on top.
- Pour juice or water over bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in oven for 15 mins or until bananas are soft and slightly browned.
