I saw this in a recipe book and wowza!!!
- bake unpeeled bananas at about 180 degrees for 30 minutes until skin is black.
- finely chop chocolate and walnuts.
- gently slit the skin of banana and peel back the top part.
- scatter the split with chocolate and nuts, then serve with ice cream.
So delicious and easy! I used unsweetened milk chocolate squares....not sure if it mattered if they were dark squares or not. Fabulous!
