    Directions:

      Cut apples into 8 or 12 slices each (like quarters).
    2. 2
      toss in bowl with sugar and cinnamon, then toss in the melted butter. put in baking dish an bake at 425 basting every 10 min untill done. Slices will be tender but will hold their shape.

      Easy and delicious. I used a toaster oven at 400 F, turning every 10-15 mins until they were soft. My hubby wanted it to be sweeter, but I thought it was delicious as is. Thanks for the recipe.

      Very quick, easy dessert--tasted like apple pie without the crust! Will definitely make again !

      I added vanilla and a splash of lemon juice to mine. came out a bit too watery - but was okay. I baked mine in the oven, and finished them off under the broiler. yum.
