This was very good, but I'm not going to rate it because I made a couple of significant changes. First, I used skim milk, not soymilk, and I also realized halfway through that I didn't have enough of it. I subbed apple cider for the rest of the milk. I threw in some nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract as well. As I was mixing, I realized the casserole dish was in use (holding last night's leftovers), so I dumped it into a nine inch glass pie plate - quite a tight squeeze. I don't know if it was my oven or because I used a pie plate, but this took a full hour to bake, and probably could have stood another 5 - 10 minutes in the oven. All said and done, it was delish, but probably could have used some more sweetness. Next time, I'll add a little brown sugar.
