I added a dash of nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon as well as the brown sugar and enjoyed this as a pseudo dessert. I don't know why I never used to eat squash... it's so yummy. :)

Directions

  1. Slice acorn squash in half.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Scoop out the squash.
  4. Add brown sugar.
  5. Stir until somewhat smooth.
