Bake Broccoli Cheese Mashed Potatoes

"This is a great side dish to add to any meal. Kids love it and it is very easy to make. Also, great for when you have a group of people over. You can cover your pan and place in the oven on warm until guests arrive. They smell great when you open your oven to serve."

I am a stay at home mom. We have 5 children in our house. 3 of which are nieces and nephews we are raising. So, I am in the kitchen a lot cooking for the family. This is one of my favorite things to do. I love finding new recipes and sharing them with my friends and family. My favorite cookbook is one that my husband's grandma handed down to me called Rainbow Pre-school Cookbook.
