Bajan Hot Pepper Sauce

ingredients

• 113.39 g shallots, chopped
• 340.19 g onion, chopped
• 14.17 g turmeric
• 14.17 g dry mustard
• 14.17 g salt
• 20 scotch bonnet peppers, stemmed
• 113.39 g horseradish, grated
• 6 garlic cloves
• white vinegar, as needed

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in blender or food processor. Add vinegar until the desired consistency is obtained. Place in bottles and leave for 3-4 days before using .
