- 1 avocado, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons roma tomatoes, diced small
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon fresh jalapeno, tiny diced (to desired heat)
- 1 1⁄4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Keep chilled until ready to eat with Whole Grain Melba Snacks
- For extra zest, add 1/2 teaspoon rough chopped fresh cilantro and 1 Tablespoon minced garlic.
