This recipe was given to me along with a sample of it for xmas. Very tasty, and while half of it spilled out of the container (opps) it was pretty tasty for xmas day coffee's. I don't like using eggs in this sort of thing and was happy that it doesn't need them.
- 3⁄4 cup condensed milk (1 tin Eagle Brand)
- 750 ml light cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon Irish whiskey
- Stir all ingredients together with whisk and keep chilled.
- Use up within 1 week.
One of my PAC picks, Spring 2007 I've no idea how the name Bailey's fits into this recipe because the color's different, the consistency's different, the taste is different. I would never use it as a Bailey's substitute either. I found the name a little misleading. Because of this I had to give it a four-star review. AS A COFFEE FLAVORING IT RATES FIVE STARS! This is yummy and I will keep making and using it as a coffee flavoring. Thanks saylaveev, this is a keeper!
