This was really nice - made it for St. Patrick's Day this year to serve alongside Bailey's Irish Cream Bread Pudding - yum. I used my Keurig brewer to brew the coffee & the cocoa and made myself a double batch cause I couldn't see wasting it :). I found that I liked a little more cocoa but that was probably because my coffee was so strong. I think this would have been over the top with some fresh whipped cream which I'll try next time. Sure beats Starbucks! Thanks atlfitgirl!
This is wonderful! I combined one packet of Swiss Miss "no sugar added" hot cocoa mix and 1 1/2 teaspoons Sanka instant coffee granules in a large mug, then filled the mug 2/3 full with boiling water, stirring well. Added the Bailey's and half and half cream almost to the rim, gave it a stir and finished off with a dash of French Vanilla creamer for extra pizzaz. Very smooth,rich, and satisfying. A definite keeper, thanks for sharing this one with us!
