- 3 eggs
- 425.24 g canned milk or 425.24 g Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 236.59 ml whipping cream
- 44.37 ml chocolate syrup
- 368.54 g Scotch whisky, mickey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
- Let stand overnight.
- Bottle the next day.
It was exellent! very easy to make, an Irish friend told me to add a little nutmeg and it was really good that way too. The only part I didnt like is you have to wait a day to drink it
