After consuming this decadent dessert, your guests will say WOW! Since its very rich, a small slice is quite adequate after dinner ......... on that note, I'd say that you can increase the number of servings to 12. Thanx Leslie!

This is an awesome recipe! I don't know what I did wrong but while the cake was cooling a liquid started to came out from the pan... I decided to refrigerate the cake and I think it worked the second time because stayed taller and nicer! Anyway the taste is something from another universe!!! thanks!

Having never made cheesecake before in my life, this was definitely a good one to start with. It's easy to put together and very good results. I don't think I'll bother next time with the coffee cream topping. Although it was good, having this with a nice cup of coffee I think would be a little nicer and less work. Anyway, it's an awesome recipe. Will definitely make again.

I just won the cheesecake bake-off at my office with this recipe (beat out 7 other entries)! It truly is delicious! I only had a 9" springform pan, so it did puff up over the top quite a bit... Guess I just won't use quite all the filling next time. And there WILL be a next time! I'll be entering it in another bake-off at the holiday season.

This was a good cheesecake. The texture was wonderful. My only complaint was that the Irish Cream alcohol flavor was too strong. Maybe cutting down the amount would be better. But overall, a good recipe!

These are fantastic! I used a 1/2 recipe to make individual cheesecakes in muffin tins. For the base I used halfed girl-guide chocolate cream cookies. DH says they are restaurant quality.

Absolutely amazing! This the the largest and most dense cheesecake I have ever made. I took it to work and many people thought that I had bought it from Cheesecake Factory- thanks a million! Also, I couldn't find a 10-in. pan so I had to go with 9.75-in....if you can use the 10, it almost baked over!

I didn't have Bailey's Irish Cream. I just dissolved instant coffee in my cream and it turned out just fine. Soooo good. I didn't have time to make my crusts, so I had to buy them. It makes 2 pies. The whipped cream was horrible when I made it. I had to add about 1-2 tbsp of sugar to it. The cake is just as good without it.
