This is very simple, so simple I probably shouldn't add it but darn I so love it! I had been eating Salmon on my bagels and it just didn't sit quite right on my tummy so I thought this up. It is slightly salty but still quite good.

Directions

  1. Toast bagels to your preferred darkness.
  2. Liberally spread cream cheese on each bagel half.
  3. Put 1 slice (or more if you prefer) of Prosciutto on each bagel half.
  4. enjoy!

What an original idea. I bought a good quality prosciutto and was looking for recipes to incorporate it in when I stumbled upon your concoction. I had the ingredients so I literally put down my laptop and made this. I'm eating it now and it's awesome. Thank you for a unique yet flavorsome breakfast.

Oh yummmmm! Ilove this! I added a thin slice of tomato to the 2nd one. Great snack!
