Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

This meatloaf is great for bacon lovers who THINK that they don't like meatloaf! Easy to make and perfect with a side of mashed potatoes!

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine milk, eggs, and bread in a bowl and mash with your fingers.
  3. Add remaining ingrediets (except bacon) use your hands and mix only until it is all combined.
  4. Lightly spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray, and form a loaf in the center of the pan.
  5. Wrap bacon slices around the bacon, tucking ends underneath as you go.
  6. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from over and let cool for 10 mins.
  8. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
