  1. I followed your recipe as written. The burgers were too small, so we made three BIG burgers, used two slices of bacon to wrap around them and we just had to put MORE cheese on top. We loved the taste, especially since we agree that everything is better with bacon, but the burgers were a little too "wet" and fell apart a little. We love our burgers more firm but juicy, and your were JUICY!!

  2. My DH did not think these would come out good - Wrong he loved them~ What a nice surprise for him and me. Will be making these again. Thanks.

  3. I think this is my 3rd time trying to rate your recipe. I'd like to say that these were fantastic and my husband is always excited about making these. Thanks for the new dinner selection :)

  4. My husband is the grill master so I put him in charge of these for dinner tonight. They were fabulous! I liked the cheese inside and of course the bacon made it an extra special burger.

  5. My youngest son just inhaled these burgers..then proclaimed that from now on, he wouldn't eat a burger unless it had bacon on it! Needless to say, this recipe will be repeated at our house. Also, I used 2 lbs. of extra lean ground beef, and did not double the recipe..the flavor was great, and I'm wondering if it would have seemed a little saltly if I would've doubled the ingredients? Thanks for a great summer burger!
