Serve this dip with an assortment of fresh vegetables or crisp crackers and toast.
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (spring onions)
- Mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Stir in bacon, tomato and onions.
- Serve with vegetables for dipping.
