These are a great little finger food. Use any type of pickled olive you like. I found this recipe in a food network magazine.
- 15 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
- 30 large olives
- parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
- oregano, for sprinkling
- Wrap a piece of cooled bacon around each olive and insert toothpick to hold together.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
