Very good flavors in this easy dish. I had pancetta open so used half a package of that. Served with Chicken Schnitzel. Will use the bacon next time.

This brought back fond memories of my childhood. Mom used to make spaetzle quite often and I always enjoyed it. The batter seemed a little thinner than I remember and I really didn't have a sieve that was suitable for making the noodle like shapes, but they tasted just like I remember. Made for 1~2~3 Hit Tag.

I really enjoyed this! I was very tempted to add the gruyere, but resisted the temptation. I will try it that way in the future! But this is really delicious as posted. Thanks for sharing!

I made this using my own recipe for spaetzle, then followed this recipe starting with step 2. This was truly delicious. I will make this again.

Extremely good although I would NOT let this sit 1/2 hour like the recipe says and like we did......I ended up having to shove it off the spoon and cut with scissors. If I'd cooked it when first mixed, it would have spaetzled better......but the taste was inSANE.
