ingredients
- 9 inch deep dish pie plate
- 9 inch ready-made refrigerated pie crusts (I use Pillsbury)
- 113.39-170.09 g grated monterey jack cheese or 113.39-170.09 g any other grated cheese
- 473.18 ml half-and-half
- 12 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 78.78 ml chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Mix all the ingredients above and pour into the pie crust.
- Bake at 425-degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Next, bake at 375-degrees F for 40 minutes.
