Its very easy to make,its very tasty,my aunt taught me this skillet meal.

  1. Cook bacon till crisp,drain on paper towels.
  2. Pour off drippings keeping 2 tablespoon.
  3. Saute green pepper and and onion in bacon drippings until tender.
  4. Stir in salt,pepper,tomatoes and water,bring mixture to a boil.
  5. Add noodles cover 20 minutes.
  6. Crumble half of bacon and stir into mixture.
  7. Top with cheese and remaining bacon strips.
  8. Simmer covered for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
