These were pretty good, but didn't have just a whole lot of flavor. I added some fresh cracked black pepper as well as some sharp cheddar cheese. They were good and would be quick to take along for breakfast. Thanks for posting!

Oh, YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS,,, I have been making ham/bacon cheese muffins for so long trying to find the perfect recipe.... I think this is it... Like most others, I added cheese... Wrapped leftover muffins individually in plastic wrap and froze them... They microwave perfectly for a warm muffin,,, like just out out the oven... Will toss out all the old recipes...I am so glad I found this recipe.

I added in some freshly cracked pepper as the batter wasn't seasoned to my taste, but apart from that I made them as the recipe stated. A little dry, but they tasted good. Love the idea of having an on the go breakfast with bacon!

Made these for breakfast on Sunday. Very easy to make but turned out a little dry. Will try again and add a little more liquid. Thanks.

Very good, I used bacon grease for half of the oil called for. Can't have these to often, not to healthy but every couple of weeks or so? Yeah!! Thanks for sharing. Lydia NM

My husbands words: "wow these are good!!" They are, so nothing more to add except that I like my muffins a bit on the large side, so I made 8 out of the batter. :)

I followed the recipe exactly, and the muffins were lovely. An excellent breakfast for the children on a school day. We froze the leftovers - once defrosted, we zapped them briefly in the microwave to warm them up, and again they were very good. We will definitely make these again! Thank you.

Fantastic. Like others I added extra bacon and added cheddar cheese. Hmm..I bet if you sub'd cooked sausage for the bacon that would be great too. Really loved the texture of this. Thanks CoffeeMom!

These were very good. I used slightly more bacon, and also added some shredded cheese and black pepper. I will definitely make these again!
