I can't figure out why this burger is called Bacon-Mex but I can say that it is one great burger! I made it as written and cooked them on a George Foreman grill. We really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing. Made for Football Pool 2012.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side.
  4. Toast 4 buns and spread with mayo, add avacado slices, and cooked bacon.
