Bacon Hash Brown Bake

ingredients

• 6 grated cooked red potatoes
• 12 thick slab bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1⁄2 cup half-and-half
• 1⁄3 cup chopped onion
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

directions

1. In a bowl, combine all of ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9” baking pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Place into oven and bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until lightly browned.

I liked the seasoning in this. I followed the recipe other then I only used six strips of bacon and frozen shredded hash browns. I also topped ours with some cheddar cheese. We all enjoyed this with dinner tonight.
